The Thankfulness Train Day 28.  I wish each of you a most glorious and happy Thanksgiving.  Thank you for sharing this month of gratitude and riding this “Thankfulness Train” with me.  May we each remember this day to give “thanks” to God, and to think of and pray for those far away from home, for those who are grieving and suffering hardship this day and be sensitive to all that we can do to minister to others with the love of Jesus.  I am MOST thankful for Jesus and HIS saving blood and that He promised never to leave me or forsake me.  Walk in grace and kindness today and don’t let the pressure or stress ruin your day.  Smile, walk on and thank God for His undying love and grace.  Happy Thanksgiving to you all….

The Thankfulness Train Day 26. I am thankful for the opportunity to travel and see loved ones. Thankful for the means, the opportunity and the health to go. I am so thankful that God has a plan for us and it includes so many things that we never imagined that we could do. Go see or call someone you love today and let them know that they are loved. In person or over the phone–not a text or a post!!!

The Thankfulness Train Day 25. I am thankful for the Word of God. As the Psalmist says (paraphrased by me), we are to hide it in our hearts to guard from sin, to have it as a light and lamp for our path that we don’t stumble, and it helps us see God in all of creation. Without the Word/Bible we would be guessing as to God’s ways and desires. With it we can ‘study to show yourself approved unto God, a workman that needs not to be ashamed’. It is ‘profitable’ for spiritual maturity. Help me Lord, to continue to “hide it in my heart” that I’ll be pleasing to you and a faithful testimony to others.

The Thankfulness Train Day 24. Today I thank God for Christian radio and television. Not that all that is on “Christian” media is necessarily Christian, but there is a great host of marvelous Christians reaching the world through this format. I remember when we here in Southwest Oklahoma had no Christian radio station. I am grateful to have been a part of KVRS, the first Christian radio station in Lawton. I thank God for the influence of godly music, preaching and service going out over the airwaves today. If you listen to a Christian station, take time to tell them thank you. And a gift of support financially is always welcome, as most of these stations are listener supported. Remember you could turn the dial and hear ‘dead air’. Thank you Jesus, for this blessing and may we support it.
