A Christmas Prayer Guide!   A Word from THE WORD!!! #50

Just a few thoughts to hopefully help each of us to direct our hearts upward during this precious celebration of our Lord Jesus Christ taking on flesh to redeem all who will come to HIM!

During December, for our hearts to:

1^st— thank God for the gift of JESUS!  Matthew 1:21

2^nd– honor God by seeking HIS will & kingdom!  Matt. 6:9-11

3^rd— ask God to search our hearts!  Psalm 139:23-24

4^th— pursue holiness!  1 Peter 1:14-16

5^th— remember THE LORD IS my shepherd!  Psalm 23:1-6

6^th— spend time just praising God for being GOD!  Psalm 9:1-2

7^th— singing the songs of Jesus!  Eph. 5:19 & Col.3:16

8^th— look up and thank God for the star!  Matthew 2:2

9^th— remember that God made all creation! Genesis 1:1

10^th— praise Jesus as creator also!!  John 1:1-5 & Col. 1:13-16

11^th— thank God for obedient servants like Mary!  Luke 1:30-38

12^th— strive to be more obedient to our Lord!  John 14:15

13^th— pursue love toward the brethren!  John 13:35

14^th— remember to keep our words kind!  Matthew 12:36-37

15^th— be kind to each other!  Ephesians 4:32

16^th— ever speak the truth in love!  Ephesians 4:15

17^th— love gives more than money!  2 Corinthians 9:6-8

18^th— keep our hearts pure before God and man!  Matt. 12:34-36

19^th— pray continually with a pure heart!  1 Thess. 5:16-17

20^th— thank God always for all things!    1 Thessalonians 5:18

21^st— be prepared for Jesus’ second coming!!  John 14:1-4

22^nd— remember to walk in The Spirit!  Galatians 5:16 & 25-26

23^rd— remember what pleases God!  Micah 6:7-8

24^th— remember God keeps HIS PROMISES!  Isaiah 9:6-7

25^th— CELEBRATE JESUS–BORN KING!  Luke 1:31-33
